Davita Morant grew up in North Carolina and has lived in the Triangle area for over 20 years. She has a background of 15+ years as a Human Resources Professional and brings a passion for outstanding client service. Davita attended North Carolina Central University, in Durham, NC and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, which gives her a unique insight into negotiation and marketing techniques.

Davita entered the Real Estate world to be her own boss and to help people sell their home, make their home ownership dreams come true or find their forever home. Davita Morant is married and lives in Raleigh. When she has free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys giving back to her local community, cooking, and working out.
